I have a place near me that fits most of the requirements, except the red highlighted areas (and the basement). Down here in the southwest part of the state is Medicine Park, which definitely is artsy, "bohemian" and "hippie". It's also pricey for what one gets, but there are a number of older, fixer-uppers there which are affordable if that's what one is looking for, and are not McMansions nor are they Stately Wayne Manor. One of my former employees lived there, and he didn't like it because of its decidedly liberal feel, and burgeoning tourism. I like the place myself, but it IS getting a bit crowded on weekends.

The Paseo in OKC. It's the most liberal, "hippie" part of the state. A lot of homes there are older and even have basements since in the early days, OK builders built them.

You'd be surprised how many old hippies there are living in rural areas and small towns. Every time I go to the weed shop I am surprised at how many people in this small town smoke pot. A lot of the clientele are in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. It's good to know that Oklahoma isn't as conservative as some folks think it is after all they were enough people who wanted medical marijuana for it to pass.

Some of the newer homes were built with tornado shelters in them. A few had them in the garage. That's the closest I saw to a basement. That was 'in town'. If you lived more rural area, you might find a cellar that could be used for storing produce or shelter from storms. I never saw an actual basement when I lived there.

Oklahoma didn't have any area I would have considered 'Bohemian'. The closest I ever felt it was maybe in the Cherry Street District of Tulsa. You'd have to look around. The older homes I saw were interesting and expensive. I didn't drive around a whole lot in the neighborhoods. Realtor dot com would give you a feel for that.

Late to the party here but south central OKC along 104th tends to feel pretty hippy with a decent amount of 'natural' grocer type stores that all look pretty nice and modern and are pretty low on crime but are not nearly as cheap as much of the 'inner city' districts south of I-40. Basements are, as many have stated, an absolute non-starter pretty much anywhere except maybe in the panhandle (and who would want to live there, anyway?)

Not to be a snark but this might be the first time I've ever heard Moore, OK (104th) described as being "pretty hippy".
