Not a bad suggestion at all. However, the OP has "metro" in the post and Ada is kind of small to be considered a "metro" but it IS the center of a reasonably large (in square miles) trade area. But in Oklahoma you could do way worse than the Ada area for the OP's needs.

I'd recommend looking into areas in southern Oklahoma, or possibly Arkansas valley cities. These regions might align better with what you're seeking.
