Hi, my wife and 9 month old son are moving (back) to Omaha in the next couple months and need some advice. We are selling our house in Sioux City, IA and I will be working at Creighton Med Center but just wanna rent a house for a while before buying again. What is the best way to find homes listed for rent, so far I've been using craigslist. We are looking for something 3 bedrooms 2 baths in a quiet family friendly neighborhood around $1300/mo or so. I went to school in Omaha so know the area pretty well. Looking at Papillion or out west by Elkhorn. Any advantages to living in Sarpy vs Douglas county? Any advice on realtors to rent from?
Thanks for your help, cant wait to get back to the O!

Try looking through Century 21's website, they have lots of houses for rent through there

No matter what, don't use PJ Morgan though. Scam of a company.

Trulia.com is one that has a lot of rental properties listed as well. That's the one that I always go to.
