Heck, even Irvine, Chino Hills, SJC, and to some extent, RPV wouldn't really be considered "white" by typical American suburbia standards.

No surprise on Orange County, it being the crown jewel of southern CA. No place in the country has so wide an expanse with as many amenities at your fingertips with such a low crime rate as Orange County.

Never surprised when I see it many of its cities on best places lists!

Congratulations! Its the hard work of the community that gets it there!

Not surprising OC is safe overall because it's relatively new. It's like LA back in the 50's and 60's. Give it 20-30 more years, ghetto will move in slowly it'll turn to crap like all once nice cities go through
