Any guidance on where to move in San Clemente would be welcome.
Probably can afford $650-$700K house. Thanks in advance for your time.
(Looking for a safe, pleasant area. Inland is fine. Don't need to spend on
views or beach proximity, just a good area and decent house.)

Check out Talega...you should at leat be able to afford a condo for that price if not a smaller house....it's close to the beach and very nice. I live in San Clemente and love it, but it is very expensive.....the climate can not be beat. We don't even have a/c in our condo. Good luck to you and feel free to ask me any other questions.
