I was wondering if it's hard to get a job for some kind of shop, like sports clothes etc.? What experience should you have?

are you talking about working retail? not that hard, just apply and followup. spring and summer are the worst times since all the highschoolers are looking for summer work. no real experience is necessary unless you're going to a real specialty store like REI or something
