I see this man (Todd) all the time just cleaning up Garden Grove area. He works his butt off. Even in the hot weather. Unlike other homeless who just stands there and beg, this man just sweeps, rake and pick up trash. Doesn't bother anyone. Has a sign to his gofundme page and had to google it.
Please help him any which way you can! Like, Tweet, Promote, Donate, QUIT LITTERING. etc.

Because he has received publicity, he should be encouraged to apply for a County or city job. Once he applies, if found otherwise eligible, he may get one.

Well, ok, he doesn't want to live off of taxpayers. I am not sure how we reached that conclusion. Is it just because he is homeless? Has anyone asked him if he wanted a job?they can choose to give him money and basically give him tax free money and circumvent the IRS. Let's not expect others to do that.
