No idea. I guess the government can subsidize 50% of the purchase price with a low interest 60 year government loan that’s wiped out at 30 year mark. All paid with funds from the future new state ran banking system funded from pot sales.
I think California should just print a new currency. Let’s call it Democratic Dollars. Can’t see anything wrong happening there


The whole article was full of hot air. Yes we have a housing shortage. Like stated before in Ca today JUST TO KEEP UP to demand we need 100,000 houses built per year. That’s basically a new city every year. We would still need to catch up to the demand numbers from where we are.
Our government talks a good game. They can’t figure out what to do with 50,000 homeless people but theire going to fix california again. I’m not sure how much fixing we need.
