are there any self service machines or stores that are open after 5pm for recycling cans and bottles ?

the machines used to be open after 5pm but they have now scaled back the hours.

anywhere south of Tustin area would be helpful. thanks.

All grocery stores accept recycling they normal just dont want you to know about it. I recycle all the time at Ralph's,

I work for Ralphs. They don't accept recycling, just the paper vouchers that the recycling centers give out.

There's a good reason why the machines close at 5:00pm. Too many people figured out how to cheat the machines. The company operating them was losing money.

Maybe they should stagger the hours. Some locations could be open until 5:00pm while a few might open later, but stay open til Midnight.
