Ok so, I am a 19 year old planning to move to So Cal this summer, to attend Fullerton College, however, I need some advice as to where a good/safe place to live would be. What surrounding cities? Or would Fullerton be a safe place to live?

Fullerton near the college is good as far as I know(and near CSUF is fine as well, with plenty of rentals) and Brea(plenty of apts along Yorba Linda Blvd) is good as well.

That area along Yorba Linda Blvd. is still Fullerton; that street does not enter Brea.

But Brea, Placentia, La Habra (a little farther) and Buena Park (also) all border Fullerton if you need to look elsewhere.

Anaheim borders it to the south and is even bigger, but some of it might be "iffy".

Missaly, where do you currently live? Are there no good schools there, or are you going to be studying something that only FC or CSUF have?

All that is her is Shasta College, which isnt the best school, i want to do medical esthetics which basically I would need my esthetician license and if i wanted, a lvn license. Fullerton offers a more advanced esthetician program compared to youre typical beauty school
