Default McMinnville Oregon

What can anyone tell me about the city of McMinnville, Oregon?

The schools sound good, and the climate good.

I like McMinnville quite a bit. Yamhill County is the heart of Oregon wine country and quite lovely. It is a very small town, but having a college brings the level of civic life up considerably. All of Oregon's small college towns are very nice, but often difficult to get established in. Jobs are few and far between. The climate throughout the Willamette Valley is pretty much invariable. From Portland on down south of Eugene, it's all the same until you get past Cottage Grove.

I guess I better start looking for jobs then.
