I plan on moving to Florence in probably May or June after my home in Virginia sells. Don't know if I'll rent or buy. So I sure could use a realtor who would be willing to help me with either - maybe even arrange putting a mobile/modular home on a lot. If I buy, I'd want to keep it around $260K - don't need a big place but would want a garage.
Recommendations please.
Thank you.

Thanks for the link, Cloudy. though I will say that it listed over 30 Florence realtors with better than 4 stars. So I still wouldn't mind if someone could help me whittle that down a bit by maybe offering a more personalized recommendation.
Thanks all.

^Zillow is worthless. This community has less than 10K people; it wouldn't support 30 agents. Look on the Chamber of Commerce page for those actually living and working here.

There's a piece of waterfront property down the road from me that's for sale. The name on the sign in Bill Foster.

thanks, all. Angie's list recommended 2 realtors for Florence - one in K Falls and one in Eugene. So it's good to get some local names. My move date has been pushed back by probably 2 months due to pending surgery. So I'll probably be moving in the summer instead of the spring - but really looking forward to it.

They may have been on vacation. They usually respond pretty fast.
