I have a friend around 32839, and also a place close there I will be working with. So I'm looking for a safe area, with a good neighborhood around there. He's in 32839 just south of Clear lake, south of i4.
Besides Windermere, are there any close area safe, good neighborhoods, good people?

Where are you working in that area? Generally that entire area behind Millenia Mall in between SOBT and John Young is not a nice area. Have you visited this area?

No, I've never been to Orlando I'm in Canada, and have been looking, seems Windermere is one of the best and closest, just wondering if there is anything closer with a good neighborhood, no?
What about close to downtown, are there any good areas there? Looking for houses with fenced yard.

It would be easier to answer your question if you indicated what your price range is.
