Hi , i have read previous threads about this place but they are a bit outdated . I have the chance to secure a 2/2 condo here for very little . The reviews are not the best , but i have read reviews on many places and it seems renters only go on for a rant and possible happy renters do not bother . Maitland seems like a decent area with good employment , so i would think it is relatively easy to rent a condo out , does anyone agree / think otherwise ? Any advice would be gratefully received ! Thanks !

It's a desirable area for renters because location. Area overall is nice, but I don't know much about the complex itself.
