Is that the one off the 429 toll road past Winter Garden. I don't go that way often, but it wouldn't too long of a drive from Mt.Dora. Does anyone know the name of this new mall?

Where's the toll road? If you live in that area do you have to pay the toll every time you leave your house that way?

If you are talking about Fowler's Grove, I can't wait for it to open.

I was just in Winter Garden looking to rent a condo for a year. I drove down 535 to where they are building the shopping center, Fowlers Grove. It's not done yet but looks like it will be before year end. It's massive and will be convenient. Hwy 50 W Colonial Dr is sketchy , run down & poor. This shopping plaza will be nice for those that do not fall into the sketchy category.

Not all of Hwy 50 is sketchy, if you kept going you would have run into some beautiful scenery, & neighborhoods. This new mall is not in a sketchy neighborhood at all. Winter Garden is growing very quickly, along with the conveniences of having access to basically all the roads including, the Florida Turnpike, the 408, 429, Hwy 50, I-4. It's a very accessible area.

There are good & bad areas of every town, including Winter Park & Windermere (Tiger Woods). That why we have homeowner's associations here, to protect our neighborhoods & our investments. Which is something that is not common up north.

The mall is going to be great for ladies lunch, families, friends & overall a great asset to our town. Looking forward to it.

Have a blessed day!
