We are moving in June and have really narrowed our search down to Windermere, perhaps Winter Park. My husband works from home and I'm currently a stay-at-home mom but will be looking for jobs at the parks so we wanted to be "close" but still in a good school zone. (Which, unfortunately, eliminated Kissimmee rather quickly since we haven't been able to find any listings zoned to A rated schools.)

The "problem" with Windermere is that even rentals go FAST and seem to be far and few between. We've got a ReMax site, a few other smaller property manager sites, and of course Realtor.com, craigslist, zillow.com, etc. that we check regularly.

I wasn't sure if anyone may know of another resource? I've seen people talking about town homes/condos but I'm guessing most people buy them to live in, not rent out?

We are renting our house out in NC so buying another house will not be an option for about a year or at least until I have income to contribute.

Any resources for rentals will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! We've had a 3 bedroom for a couple months now. I can't figure out how to delete the original post.
