My mother (age 65) who is single is looking to move out of South Florida where she has lived for the last 20 years. She is looking for an area that can be walkable (possibly), if not she has no problem driving, as long as it isn't very far to go to stores and stuff. She has been to Orlando/Kissimmee/Doc Phillips, etc and likes it there.
She is looking for a condo (under 100k).
I don't know if I gave you enough info to start with so ask me anything else you may need.
We will be contacting a realtor in the future, but right now we are just trying to get some good opinions from locals.
Thanks so much in advance.

There are few walkable areas in the Orlando area and none with condos under 100K. Your criteria would be best met in the Tampa Bay area. Check out Dunedin and Clearwater.
