Mine is long life cycle. I don't state my industry because it's so niche that it would offer too much "personal" information with a quick Internet search.

Thanks!
Sabal Palm is horrendous both for location and for living, from what I've heard from friends that have lived there. Your only road in or out is 535, just south of the I-4 interchange. No matter what time of the year unless it is early morning or late evening I am always in traffic backed up towards one of the south entrances of Vistana going north of 535 if I'm going to Crossroads/Downtown Disney/Palm Pkwy. This past week...forget leaving the complex if if you lived there. Going south on that road isn't usually bad, but getting out could be a hassle with the way tourists will happily sit in the intersection if traffic is backing up. The Millennia area is hit or miss, but I've had friends telling me crime is going up there, plus I just don't like the feel of the area in general. If I go up to Millenia it is for IKEA or the Apple and Sony stores in the mall. The District is decent, low traffic and right off of 528, which doesn't have tolls until you get past the Orange Blossom Trail exit going east, so its a decent connection except for the last two weeks, since you're still technically in the tourist area.

In terms of your rent range, I'm having some trouble with that as well. Expect to pay anywhere from $100-$175/month for electric depending on your square footage and cooling preferences. Obviously a lot of that is in cooling and consequently how well insulated the structure is. My significant other averages around $130-150/month for a 2BR 1,100sqft. apartment. I couldn't tell you mine as I just pay a flat sum to one person who handles all that. Water runs about $15-20 typically for just her (and me being over there half the time as well). So overall, I'd allow about $250-300 for utilities, trash, cable, etc.
