Good people! I am in need of some advice!

Thinking on buying a property in Orlando for future retirement.

Meanwhile I want to let it, so it needs to be in an attractive area, attracting good tenants is the main key i.e.

Also don't want too expensive HOAs etc or too expensive properties.

Where should I buy?

What should I buy? (SFH, TH, condo, size etc)

Dr. Phillips
Windermere
Celebration
Winter Park
Lake Mary

Dr. Phillips is my favorite.

If you are retiring I would recommend some place in Sumter County, Lake County, Davenport, Haines city, Poinciana, Lakeland, and Volusia County. All of these are retirement meccas tons of people just like you all of them are not really in the city

You should stick with a SFH, or an TH, If you are single go with an apartment or condo.
