Where in Orlando less crimes,nice schools.What area is the best to raise kids?Any info will be helpful

Oviedo, Winter Springs, Lake Mary, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Park, and Lake Nona are the most popular areas that match those 3 criteria. With many other area's that may work as well. Any other specific things you where looking for in a home and a neighborhood? Proximity to work/shopping/recreation, price range, "feel" of an area, etc....

Orlando's best areas are in your rear view mirror as you're driving away. Seriously. I would look elsewhere. Good luck.

Hey GregTraub, says you are a Real Estate Agent,We are looking to move to the orlando area later this year. Is there such a thing as a nice area with homes around the $150 range ? not looking for perfect, just don't want to have to run inside at dark to lock the doors , would like to be able to let my 8 yr old play safely outside without to much of an issue . any suggestions ?
