My wife and I are mid 20s... I'm a regional sales representative in the Cincinnati area that was just promoted and granted a relocation to Orlando or Tampa.

We have no kids, just two small dogs. We want to find a 2+ bed, 2+ bath condo or townhome for rent that has never been lived in.

I've got family with Orlando experience and they recommended a few areas. I found a couple of prospective places in Winter Garden... a never lived in townhome on Winter Green Way and a duplex on Ticknor Dr.

The problem is that when I view the places on Google street view, the surrounding buildings look much older and a little junky.

We were also told to look head south on 535 from West Colonial in the Winter Garden area. Apparently there are a lot of new condos and townhomes for rent by owner and that's why we aren't seeing them on the MLS, Craigslist, Move.com, etc.

If anyone can comment on the above streets / areas, please do. Tampa is still an option, but I'd prefer to choose Orlando because I've got family on the east coast of Florida and the airfares are often cheaper out of MCO.
