My husband just got a job offer in Florida. I have three boys and schools are important as well as a safe family friendly area. Don't know anyone in Florida so I don't even know where to start. Have only been to Disney. Looking to spend between 200-300,000. Can anyone give me a starting point of neighborhoods, areas to start researching. My husband will be working from a home office so commuting is not a high concern. I want a neighborhood where the kids will have friends to play with and just a place that will feel like home. We are coming from Michigan. I appreciate and look forward to any guidance that can be offered.
