I will be visiting Orlando Oct 5th for a week. How is the weather, hot rainy? Hurricanes? Nice? I hope its nice. Thanks for your insight.

Could be all of the above...OR it could be nice. It will still be hot. The first cold front doesn't usually make it all the way down to us until mid-late October.

Its unpredictable to tell this far back. it could be anything. Its not gonna be as hot as it is now, but it could still be pretty hot.

October and November are kind of like April and May. They are the transition months where it can start to cool off a little and get a lot less humid. It can also still stay quite hot since it is still officially hurricane season until the end of November. I always tell my friends though that these are about the best times to visit from other states. June - September can be pretty hot and humid, and January-March, sometimes even December can have a risky cold spell here or there. The fall is a great time, so it should be ideal. I hope the weather cooperates and you have a great visit!

The weather is usually pleasant. The good news is you don't have to worry about big crowds and also you will be here during Epcot's Food & Wine Festival.
