Is this a good area? safe? it is accesilble to I-4 or 417 -- looking at the map.. seems like it is in the middle..

I don't know anything about Orlando.. so any comments would be appreciated.

Its safe, and decent. You're right on 436.

I-4 is a little tricky to get to but not far would just need to get on either in Maitland or Lee Rd.
417 would involve going a good ways down Howell Branch but its an empty stretch so wouldn't take more than like 10 minutes. It is away from downtown though. Would still be faster than going all the way down 436 to the 408 probably but not sure. I usually do 408 to 417 and then up Red Bug. Semoran is just not a relaxing drive.

Don't know the people that live there I imagine its mostly younger people and old people as the demographic. Thats the general demographic for that area of 436. There's a lot of bars in the area including one with live music thats fun. Skating Rink is around the corner, so is Orlando's only arcade. Bowling is nearby. Jai-Alai is nearby. Dogtrack is relatively close. The best library in Seminole County is a few blocks away. There's a pool hall across the street from the apartments that also has texas hold 'em. Good greek restaurant a block away. Publix across the street just got remodeled. A fresh vegetable market a block away...

Sorry don't know too much about the specific apartments but the area is alright in my opinion. I live a few blocks away from there so next time I drive past I'll try to take a better look.
