I saw the last 20 or 30 minutes of a movie called Worth Winning with a very young Mark Harmon (1989) as the main character. From what I gathered he took a bet from a friend about getting three different women to propose marriage to him in this comedy.
Perhaps that is why Gibbs has been married so many times.
There's always someone out there with an idea, I don't see this one as a winner, but what do I know, I didn't like Elvis the pelvis either. Anyway this business rents toys. I like NCIS. All the medical detail the show uses is very interesting. I could probably find out where they get the info if I browsed a little but don't have time. I really like all the characters, especially Abby.
