Lastra, you can reduce the picture size by using Paint program (with Windows XP Start-->Accessories-->Paint), click on "Image" and "Stretch and Skew" option - Reduce the "Horizontal" and "Vertical" down to 60% and that'll reduce the size of picture down coniderably. Also, you might want to make a copy of the file and reduce the image size on the copy version.
