How far do you have to drive/walk/bicycle to reach the nearest:

Grocery store? about 6 miles
Gas station? 2 miles
Shopping center? 10 miles
Library? 11 miles
School? 8 miles
Government building? 10+ miles

What was the last home furnishings item you acquired?
I guess that would be my living room furniture

When did you acquire said item?
a year and a half ago

Do you still like it, or are you ready to replace it?
Yeah I still like it even though it's falling apart

Oh I guess that was on facebook, a pic I posted

I told someone they hadn't aged a day since high school!

How far do you have to drive/walk/bicycle to reach the nearest:
Grocery store? About 0.9 mile. If I don't need a lot of groceries, I walk.
Gas station? About 0.8 mile; several within 1.5 miles.
Shopping center? About 2.8 miles.
Library? 0.8 mile.
School? 0.5 mile.
Government building? 0.5 mile (City Hall); 0.7 mile (county courhouse).

Extra Credit Question:
What was the last home furnishings item you acquired? New blinds for my fammily room.
When did you acquire said item? Last spring, if I remember correctly.
Do you still like it, or are you ready to replace it? Hope to never have to replace them!

Bonus Question:
What was the last compliment someone paid you? Someone complimented me on my music in church yesterday.
What was the last compliment that you paid someone else? I complimented my pastor on his sermon yesterday.

Just for Fun:
What day of the week do you do laundry? Whenever it needs doing and I have the time. Do people actually have a scedule for this? I didn't know that! (I suppose that's because I'm single with no kids, so I don't really need a schedule.)

Shopping center? - A shopping mall.. about a mile.
Library? - Oh.. a few foot steps away.. a bookshelf in the guest bedroom..
School? - A grade school just outside the neighborhood, about a third of a mile away.

What was the last compliment someone paid you? - Hmm.. Somebody paid me 5 bucks.. Does that count? Oh wait, it was money they owed me.. Okay, it was rep points on City Data...

I can just walk to all these places within 5 min! very convenient!
