Good morning peevers.

As I'm sure almost everyone knows it's the last day of the London Olympics today, with the closing ceremony tonight.

By most accounts I think that they say that they have gone very well despite the gloom and doom predictions.

I'll use the ending of the Games as the idea for the POTD, which is;

All good things must come to an end.

But, for every end there is a new beginning......... Can't wait to see what it is!

Yep, the Olympics were good this time around. You English know how to do a good job. I also enjoyed all the interesting stories and sights related about London it's history and the other areas of England. I learned a lot.

It's always fun having the shorties, but after a whole weekend in shortie world I'm usually ready for it to end. The silence oh the precious silence.
