Good morning peevers.

It would be an even better morning if a certain feline had not woken us up early.

As we're softies we let the animals sleep in the hallway last night as their room gets a bit chilly on cold nights such as last night.

However the cat decided to scratch on our door at 6-30am and Mrs J especially is not best pleased.

The POTD is;

Getting woken up before you're ready to.

Getting woken up before you're ready to.

Especially when you get up to go pee and can't go back to sleep...

I hate it too! But if it's not the cat it's the call of nature!

Moving someplace with goats was an adjustment, because when we had a lot of them here and they were hungry Finally realized I'd just have to adjust my schedule and get to bed somewhat earlier so I'd still get enough sleep if they went off early.

Ooh....I really hate that. Hubby has a bad habit of doing that to me. I will be sound asleep, but I am alight sleeper, and he will "whisper..are you awake" Now I am He thinks he can tell when I am awake by the way I breath. Obviously he is wrong but he still doesn't believe me....thick headed Italian that I love

You are obviously under the mistaken assumption that cats can do something wrong.

Let me explain something to you (something I've learned about those sweet creatures) Cats can do no wrong!

If a cat woke you up, it must be because you were sleeping too late.

Princess kitty Amber woke John up in the middle of the night to come down stairs and open up the pocket doors so herself could get a drink of water. Mommy was sound asleep on the sofa with two dogs piled on top and couldn't hear miss princess behind the door. Neither one of us got enough sleep last night. I'm glad John loves that cat. If it would have been one of my boys I'd never hear the end of it.
