I'm a late afternoon and night owl... I up by 4.45 am to get ready for work, but don't get on the home puter until 5.00PM and stay up until late at night...

Default All the time, any time....

In the morning before work, evening after work and before bedtime. Don't you just love the net!! This would be hard to do with a phone or snail mail.

Just a quick poll.
Hey grammy! You talkin to ME?!
Well I'm up in the AM! Sunrise is a nice time! (to go to bed! )
I like to go to bed around 5/6, although it ends up more like 7/8 when I'm not working...
And I like to get up around 3:30, though I might wake a little earlier (like 3 ) if I went to bed at the earlier end of the morn...
Sometimes I sleep til 4+ if I went to bed at the later end of the morn...
And I HATE waking to an alarm! I'm considering doing an overnight shift...I think that will work for me.
I've avoided it since that's MY TIME so I wouldn't want to be at work, but it pays more & I'm up anyway, wouldn't need an alarm, would NEVER have traffic (not that I do/did anyway) & my love works crazy hours too so I'd actually be home when he's home! -groggy, but home! (His hours are 4AM to 3/4PM )
I am a TRUE "night owl" indeed!

I can often tell that just when I'm getting on these boards, you're getting off to go to bed. I've worked third shifts before and they always killed me. I don't know how you do it. I could never get used to sleeping during the daylight.

I don't think it's early--usually about 10:00.
I started getting up around 4 in the morning when I was working. I'm slow to wake up and like having that quiet time in the morning. First thing I do is make coffee, then I turn on my computer.

I second that...computer's on most of the time (I only shut it when I'm actually walking off to bed) so I can check throughout the day....that's a very bad thing.

I do the exact same thing. That way if I have a question about something during the day, or get a little bored or whatever, I just hop right over and am connected. I rely on the computer too much.

I have mine in the hallway/office. I have DSL so it is always willing and able. When I am walking past I will hit the email key then check it on the walk back. I hate this thing!!

I'm a night owl and do most of internet stuff late at night. Even though I have to get up at 6:30 AM during the week to get the kids to school. Needless to say, I often take a nap during the day.
