Today’s Question:
How long after you wake do you get up out of bed ? It takes 3 alarms to drag my sorry --- out of bed. Doesn't matter hwo much sleep I get - I just don't like to get up.
How long after you decide to go to bed does it take you to fall asleep ? Usually right away.
Do you sleep straight through, or do you wake up a few (or many) times ? I usually stir once, peer at the clock, roll over, and go right back to sleep.

Extra Credit:
Do you sleep the same hours on weekdays as you do over the weekend (or holidays/vacation) ? No, I sleep in an extra couple of hours.
Do you nap rarely or regularly ? Yes, I try to.

Bonus:
In an average week, how many phone calls do you place or take ? For personal, at least 5 and that's usually to have my husband meet me at the transit station. I don't call people to chat.
Do you more often make a call or more often receive a call ? Nope.
Are most of your phone calls business or personal ? Business (aside from the husband).

Just for Fun:
If you have a computer, how often do you “empty the trash” (delete the discarded files) ? At least once a week.

Today’s Question:
How long after you wake do you get up out of bed ? Depends, days off many 20 minutes. Work days after hitting the snooze alarm twice I force myself up.
How long after you decide to go to bed does it take you to fall asleep ? A few minutes.
Do you sleep straight through, or do you wake up a few (or many) times ? Most nights I sleep straight through.

Extra Credit:
Do you sleep the same hours on weekdays as you do over the weekend (or holidays/vacation) ? Days off I normally sleep 7-8 hours, work days, 5-7 hours.
Do you nap rarely or regularly ? Naps are evil--when they attack me they are never shorter than 2 plus hours. I try not to nap, but damn that comfy sofa puts a spell on me at times.

Bonus:
In an average week, how many phone calls do you place or take ? One or two.
Do you more often make a call or more often receive a call ? Equal.
Are most of your phone calls business or personal ? Equal.

Just for Fun:
If you have a computer, how often do you “empty the trash” (delete the discarded files) ? Trying to get better at remembering to do that. Last year it took hours to discard the files because I never remember to do it. Working on doing it every month.

Hope you have a marvelous Monday!

Today’s Question:
How long after you wake do you get up out of bed ?
It varies from immediately to 45 minutes or longer. It depends on whether I have anything planned for the day.
How long after you decide to go to bed does it take you to fall asleep ?
Once again, it varies. I rarely get to sleep right away. It may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or longer.
Do you sleep straight through, or do you wake up a few (or many) times ?
Generally I don't wake up except to use the bathroom.
Extra Credit:
Do you sleep the same hours on weekdays as you do over the weekend (or holidays/vacation) ?
Yes, since I am retired there is no difference in my routine unless I have an appointment or a lunch date.
Do you nap rarely or regularly ?
I never used to nap at all, but now I sometimes take naps after dinner.
Bonus:
In an average week, how many phone calls do you place or take ?
Not more than one or two. I dislike talking on the telephone and only make calls when absolutely necessary, never just to chat.
Do you more often make a call or more often receive a call ?
Receive
Are most of your phone calls business or personal ?
Business
Just for Fun:
If you have a computer, how often do you “empty the trash” (delete the discarded files) ?
I'm good about doing it promptly because having a full trash bin slows down my computer.

Thanks, cloven!

Today’s Question:
How long after you wake do you get up out of bed ?
Usually within 5 minutes, because 'nature calls'.
How long after you decide to go to bed does it take you to fall asleep ?
Usually less than a minute - I don't go to bed until I can't keep my eyes open any longer.
Do you sleep straight through, or do you wake up a few (or many) times ?
Almost always sleep right through - am a very deep sleeper, dead to the world.

Extra Credit:
Do you sleep the same hours on weekdays as you do over the weekend (or holidays/vacation) ?
Yup - same hours
Do you nap rarely or regularly ?
Two or three times a week I will have a 30-45 minute nap mid afternoon. Just depends what I'm doing and how tired I feel.

Bonus:
In an average week, how many phone calls do you place or take ?
Not many these days - maybe 5 a week outgoing and ten a week incoming.
Do you more often make a call or more often receive a call ?
I receive more than I make because my daughter calls most days (and as she has a toddler it's easier for her to call me when it's convenient for her).
Are most of your phone calls business or personal ?
No business calls as such, but if we count doctors, dentists, hair appointments, etc as business, it would be about half and half.

Just for Fun:
If you have a computer, how often do you “empty the trash” (delete the discarded files) ?
Not very often!

Thanks cloven.

Happy Monday to all.

Extra Credit:
Do you sleep the same hours on weekdays as you do over the weekend (or holidays/vacation) ? Usually stay up a little later at weekends and on holidays and wake up an hour or so later (depending on whether the kid sleeps later too)

Bonus:
In an average week, how many phone calls do you place or take ? Most weeks none. I usually text.
