Today's Random Questions:
Something that made you:

-Run?
To the car when we had a heavy rain this week

-Dance? 6 months ago, with husband....jitterbugged

-Sneeze? All this past week! Upper respiratory infection.

-Have seconds? Not in awhile

-Leave the room? Class this week - a mandatory licensing class for my profession. In fact, I left the room a few times when the instructor turned to his projector screen to read from it. I felt like I was in junior high!

Bonus:
Do you have any machine washable coats or jackets?
A couple, but I'd rather take them to the cleaners. I've learned from experience

How about coats or jackets that require dry cleaning? same as above

So have you washed or taken either to the dry cleaners yet this season? no

[u]Foodie Q(s):
Creamed spinach, yum or yuck?
I tried it about a month ago at a buffet....hated it

Describe a really good or memorable dessert you enjoyed?
My once-a-year gigantic, old fashioned, cheese cake. I make it every Christmas for the family, and it takes a total of 4 hours to make, start to finish....First, the sweet pastry takes about an hour to make and bake in a springform pan, then the cheesecake recipe - heavy cream, light cream, 8 eggs plus 2 egg yolks, 8 blocks of cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, bake for 2 and 1/2 hours, open oven door and let it sit for another hour. If I lie down on the couch and fall asleep..... and it sits in the oven for more than hour, it cracks. Serve with cherries on the side.

Just for fun:
As many as apply, have you seen coral reef animals and/or jellyfish:

Well, we had light and crispy fresh baked rockfish for dinner last night (sorry, that's the best I can do)

Surprisingly, I've never read that

Thanks bjh! Everyone enjoy the weekend! Sorry if my post is difficult to read. I played with the Bold, the Color, the Underline, but really struggled trying to make it more easy to read.
