Maybe to save some money? In my experience, going out to eat costs more than making meals at home. But, if you've got money to burn, go for it.

Just for fun:
Remember when Julia Roberts and Lyle Lovett got hitched?

Famous or not, Have you ever been surprised to learn about who was a couple?

Only when I was a kid. The circumstances of Jill Ireland's and Charles Bronson's marriage was disturbing since she was Bronson's neighbor and married to David McCallum when she took off with Bronson and Bronson told McCallum he was going to marry his wife. I was still a kid then and McCallum was hot at the time in The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and both Bronson and McCallum were in The Great Escape together. Seemed scandalous at the time.

Fiction....

Silly or serious what would your book be about?

I am enjoying mysteries with historical settings and plots and lots of well defined characters....I would love to be able to write like that.

In your opinion, what should be at a library besides books?

A wide selection of newspapers and magazines. I think libraries have gone overboard on video games and movies.

Extra:
Have you ever found a bruise or scratch on yourself that you didn't know where it came from?

[COLOR="teal"]I bruise very easily so it happens all the time. When I was young and foolish we called them " ;Unidentified Party Bruises"; I dont get those anymore. /COLOR]

Today's Bookish Questions:
Congratulations! You've got a book deal! Will your bestseller be fiction or non-fiction?

Silly or serious what would your book be about? It will be a children's picture book about animals.

In your opinion, what should be at a library besides books? Just what we have at our town library..... Books on tape, Large print books, computers, magazines, newspapers....
Also, presentations for kids and adults. Through the summer teachers went in a couple times a week, reading to and doing art activities with kids.

Extra:
Have you ever found a bruise or scratch on yourself that you didn't know where it came from? Many times. The latest bruise just faded.

Do you normally figure it out, or does it often remain a mystery?

Foodie Qs:
What's a restaurant food or drink do you wish you could make as well at home? Soups, sometimes desserts.

Chicken wings, yes or no? No, thank you.
Any wing sauce flavor(s) you particularly like?

Just for fun:
Remember when Julia Roberts and Lyle Lovett got hitched? No, I don't really pay attention to celebs.
Famous or not, Have you ever been surprised to learn about who was a couple? Sure, but to each their own. Many times this surprise is based on age or looks alone and I know better, now that I'm older, to base my thoughts on what, for me, is superficial.

Today's Quote:
"You think dogs will not be in heaven? I tell you, they will be there long before any of us."
~ Robert Louis Stevenson, author Agreed. One of my grand dogs died while we were in Maine. My daughter's boyfriend was taking care of Leila and he called to say she wasn't eating and her breathing was off. My daughter came home to stay with her dog, taking her to the vets the next morning. The vet said she had cancer; there was nothing they could do. She was a lovely old golden. I will miss her.
