There is some confusion on here when someone calls a place ghetto. Though the definition should be pretty obvious People sometimes ask the posters to define "ghetto". So I found something that represents the ghetto pretty well. Hopefully this clears up the confusion. Feel free to post what you think the term "ghetto" means.
