Neither. I dont like a lot of traffic and crowded areas. Of course, having an open prarie as a back yard would make a good landing strip for a small plane....
Quite the options we have here! I guess I'd take the major highway. There's one a few miles from me (I-91) that never has any traffic to speak of. That one I could handle. Jeesh - what prompted this?
Location: Moved to town. Miss 'my' woods and critters.

I have lived near both at one time. And it took a long time to get used to the quiet here in the country. Used to love to hear the trains when they used to come by the nearest town. Now the State Hwy. near us has become overly used, IMHO, and more than makes up for any noise that I used to want to hear. Now, just keep major hwys. as far a way as possible, thank you. I will admit that I'm not that fond of being 2 hours from an airport tho'. Long drive whenever we travel or have to pick up someone.
Being an aviation enthusiast, I'd definitely live next to an airport.
