We got the first of it Thursday night/Friday morning. Not enough for a snow day for my kid (much to his dismay) but enough to cause one of those cheap little canopy things that I had set up to collapse. I knew it wouldn't hold up too well to the weather, but I sure didn't think that an inch or less of snow would take it down.
Got quite a bit of snow last night and this morning - probably around four inches. But it's almost 40 degrees out right now and it's sunny and it's melting off pretty quickly. Drip - drip - drip.
I'd like to go to town tomorrow so we'll see if I can get out of here or not. It's a very steep private road into my place and I get snowed in a lot. If I can't get out, no big deal - I made sure I have plenty of animal feed on hand (people food is never an issue; always plenty of that in the house). I'm a little low on Diet Coke but I have plenty of wine.
