I always have water in the car, depending on where I am going I probably have a tea or coffee with me as well. My friends laugh at me because their kids know I have everything in my car and thus when we are out and they want something, the just come straight to me because they know I carry it all around with me, lol. Every day I am asking someone to remind me of something.
How did you remind yourself ?
If I need to remember something, I either write myself a note, or make a "note" on my cell phone. Though I have heard of people using a rubber band on the wrist or something like that, I have never tried it....

I very rarely take a drink with me in the car. I imbibe my quart or so of high-octane coffee with breakfast and while answering QOTD, then head to work after it's gone. The only time the cup-holders in my car get used to hold beverages is when we're on a long trip and we've brought along water or soda to sip while traveling.

I needed to remind myself to put the date of a doctor's appointment on the calendar at home.
How did you remind yourself ?
Since I made the appointment while I was at work, I emailed my personal email (which I only check at home) from my work email with the info. And when I got home and checked email, I put the appointment on the calendar.
