Truly wow. I wish the family all the best.

There's a pair of twins here in the U.S. with two heads. There was a TV special on them and the cameras followed them taking their driving tests. They seem quite well-adjusted, despite real challenges. So these two can have a real life. We'll see what happens.

Yes I remember that! They were girls and they were so excited to get their driving license! It was a good show. These boys can have a real life, I just hope they can get the medical attention they need especially if the mom did not know anything until last minute. It makes me wonder if she received any proper prenatal care?

It's not the first case of a two-headed baby, but might just be the first to share so many internal organs.

The article says she lives in a rural area. Gotta hand it to her. They say she was very happy. I'm not sure how I would feel at first without any notice.

I don't really like calling them a "two headed baby." It is two separate people who share body parts, not one body that happens to have an extra head. Hopefully they (children and mother) remain healthy for a long time to come.
