My daughter (4) has a Hello Kitty Poster, a poster of dogs posting with soccer balls a Monsters INc. Poster and then large Canvas paintings (done by her). I had an art day and let her have at it with finger paints and a fairly large canvas poster. She is very proud of her art hanging lol. Oh we also have construction paper letters that she decorated into things starting with that letter (d for dinosaur c for crab)
That reminds me that my son had both and addition chart and multiplication chart on his walls. He says he spent a lot of time figuring out the patterns.
No. The artwork/pictures are confined to the living room and kitchen. No tv in the bedroom either. Nope. the better for you to sleep, my dear. I didn't decorate my walls either as a child. I had one poster once, and it caused some stir.
Yikes! Sounds boring. What does a TV have to do with art on the walls?
My son has some large laminated maps in his room too.
I had a gigantic Rocky Horror poster in my room, some Eschers, Degas, old-school horror movie posters, and some of Marilyn Monroe.
When my daughter lived at home she had a few. One that stood out was of Johnny Cash flipping the bird.
