Twin Falls, ID (AHN) - The father of an 11-year-old girl who perished after trying to walk 10 miles in the snow on Christmas Day, is now facing charges of second-degree murder and felony injury to a child.
Robert Aragon, 55, of Jerome, arrived in court on Monday, where Judge Mark Ingram assigned a public defender for him.

What an odd story. You would think the man would have known it was a virtual death sentence to have his children walk under those conditions. its as if he was trying to kill them because they were spending Christmas with their mother. It doesnt say what the other'adult' in the truck who stayed behind had to say about it. Those poor kids.....
