I live in Houston TX, and I have seen the stars for real once. When I did- I was 7, in the middle of no where in Arizona, on a mountain. I am 22 and my boyfriend and I want to make a trip to see the stars. I am willing to drive 200+ miles and am open to any suggestions that isn't over 300 miles... ish. I would appreciate any suggestions that are in Texas honestly, but mostly areas that are far enough away from the light pollution to see the stars. It would also be great if anyone knows cool coastal areas in Texas to go stargazing? Like I said all suggestions are great and I don't really want to be too picky. Thanks for yall's feedback :-)

Not sure why this is posted in parenting. You will probably get better responses if you repost in Texas or ask for the post to be moved.
