There are inexpensive homes just about everywhere in PA.

As far as under 20k goes, there are tons of declined neighborhoods and boros in and around Pittsburgh with older homes under 20k. In the mon valley, you can buy homes in decent condition for under 10k. New Castle also has many affordable homes.

Even if you don't need a job what kind of a place would it be if there are few or no jobs?
