why does great asaet also mean wish they lived there? cant it be a great asset without people wishing they lived in it?

Im from Pittsburgh and think highly of the Philadelphia metro area. I have many family members there and enjoy my time there. Its proximity to the NJ Shore and NYC is a plus. I love Center City and hope that the city continues it momentum.

the state used to be at the forefront of transportation. the rest of them maybe, though it should be noted that gifford pinchot was from connecticut.

There are some nice sections in the city but you have to travel through hell to get to those parts, and even in the nice sections you are always on edge. The rings surrounding Philly are just horrible suburban sprawl and are completely worthless IMO... the suburban roads are a joke.

That's not to say the rest of the state is any good. Really the entire state sucks.
