Hey all.. back and lookin to move to PA within the year.. basically I have an ARM.. yeah.. I'm one of those (not subprime mind you.. ) but in the end I will need toleave my house. So.. we have decided that we will be leaving this overpriced high cost of living island and go someplace where we can haev a better quality of life (here we were paying $3000 in a modest home in modest neighborhood before the adjustment).

Have you tried Craigs list? How about apartmentfinder.com? Or there is always property managers that will have knowlege of the area or try calling a Remax office or Era, Coldwel Banker and ask . Lots of realtors such as I know the areas and the Rentals ...let me know if I can help you in any way.
