I drove from Orefield (10 miles north of allentown) to King of Prussia (outside Philly) for 6 years. It was horrible. The traffic for the most part moves pretty well until you get to Lansdale, once past Lansdale it becomes a headache.
Some days I could make it in an hour, some days it was 1 1/2 hours. At least once a week the southbound lanes are blocked because of an accident. At least once a month the southbound lanes are closed because of an accident. That is when the real fun begins.
My commute was by far the most stressful part of my day.

The OP for this thread hasn't been back on the PA forum since the Spring. Looks like she started asking about NJ in September but nothing else anywhere since then. I think she was from Florida. Maybe she started having second thoughts about moving North when the temps started going down.

Scranton is 1:30 hours from Philadelphia and 45 minutes from Allentown.
