We are a "white" lesbian couple hoping to escape NJ's outrageous property taxes.

We are looking for a safe area that is either within commuting distance to Trenton, NJ...or we would consider moving to the Philly area.

We are interested in purchasing a 2BR/2BA condo or townhouse, price range 300k - 350k

Having a hospital close by would be a plus.

I emphasize the safe part...

Any suggestions?

Default Fox chapel.

for that price, move to a big house in fox chapel near st. margarets hospital (where all the doctors live). it has absolutely no crime and is very close to everything...even condos on the river is an option for way less than that.

Fox Chapel?!?! As in, Pittsburgh? That's a very nice area, but I don't think that's close to Trenton, nor is it the best place for "white" lesbians from Jersey. I'd suggest Philadelphia. That's where all the...."interesting"...people live.
