Hi. I am trying to locate my husband's maternal grandfather whom he's never met. My mother in law hasn't seen him since she was 5yrs old. She is now 40 and with grandchildren of her own.
What I know about him:
His name is Thomas J. Stalling. He is 70 yrs old. From Plaquemine, LA. I hear he was in the military. He lived in Oakland, CA at one point and might still be there. I've done several searches on him and one relative keeps popping up: Annaise Williams....his old address is on 89th Ave in Oakland, CA. If anyone has any information, please,please,please reply to me!
