Some help, Milwaukee (address, USA, family, information)

Hi people

I need some help.
I’m from Europe and I have some family in USA, Milwaukee. I have there post code and there address. But last time I was in contact whit them was 20

years ago. I’m not sure if they are on same address now.
So is there any way for me to check if they are still living there?
