I think that poster was talking about a "buy here pay here" type of dealer and not a loan company.

kentucky bad credit auto loans - Bing

Just search dealerships near you and see if they advertise special financing. As mentioned, a buy here/pay here dealership is better suited for your needs, so you will probably want to look for the smaller lots with older, cheaper cars, but even some large dealerships will be able to do this.
