Growth percentage is definitely trending down. Yikes. Maybe undetected lifestyle creep?

I had a big setback early dealing with the expense and career disruption of stage IV cancer at 23. I was medically barred from the career I trained for, and had to recalibrate. I complete a master's degree at the end of the year (paid for by my employer) and hope to increase my salary by 10-15K at least within the next year, though even 20K wouldn't be out of the picture considering my education and experience.
